Conceptual Design:

Instrumentation:
Synertec's team of electrical, instrumentation and process engineers is well placed to ensure all mechanical, chemical and electrical factors are taken into account so the best and most cost effective instrumentation can be chosen for the job.  

Software Development:
Synertec's software design team has considerable process exposure and have worked with a range of PLC/SCADA/DCS systems. The company is a Siemen’s solution partner and have also have done considerable work with Rockwell (Allen Bradley), GE Fanuc, Omron, Schneider (Modicon) PLC processors as well as Citect, Wizcon, RSView and Wonderware SCADA systems and Honeywell DCS systems.

HAZOP and Risk Assessment:
Synertec has considerable experience with HAZOPs and Risk Assessments in the early stages of projects. This, coupled with our understanding of safety ratings and systems will ensure that your process will conform with all applicable regulatory requirements and safety standards.

Terminals Pty Ltd - Storage and Transfer of Bitumen

Synertec provided Terminals with process design and mechanical drafting control of tank fabricator construction drawings. Synertec also developed a control system for the heating of stored bitumen tanks and associated transfer piping to transfer metered quantities of bitumen between tanks and to a truck loading station. In addition, Synertec developed the PLC and SCADA code to implement the control system design.
